Terms & Conditions
- Test fees subject to change by DVSA.
- Full Terms & Conditions are available to view at training premises.
- Trainees are responsible for themselves to meet the legal requirements to ride the bike and are legally fit to ride - not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Fees paid are non-refundable. Lessons may be re-arranged free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice (phone, voicemail, or text).
- Appropriate clothing is required for motorcycle training. This means sturdy denim or motorcycle trousers with no rips or tears, and substantial footwear that fully covers the ankle, such as walking boots or similar sturdy boots. Steel toe-caps are not permitted, as they reduce feel through the footwear needed for gear changes.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as forfeited, except in cases of genuine emergency (e.g. bereavement, hospitalisation, serious illness or injury), where evidence may be requested (e.g. a hospital letter or similar documentation) before a re-arranged lesson or refund is considered at the instructor's discretion. All in-training packages must be completed within 12 months from the start date. Insurance cover for the motorbike training will be covered to third party and training bike, NOT to personal injury. Although professional instruction will be given to the trainee throughout, any decisions during the instruction made by the trainee are their responsibility. All monies paid or courses booked are non-transferable. Traffic violations are the responsibility of the trainee and not the Instructor.
